The 5th Big Ten Information Systems Symposium will
be held at Allerton Park Conference Center, University of Illinois, during
April 28-30. The symposium will start at 7 pm on April 28 and end at 9 pm on
April 29. The symposium theme this year is "Information Systems
Research."
The purpose of the symposium is for sponsoring an
annual forum for the Big Ten and adjacent research universities as well as
helping junior faculty members and doctoral students by providing research and
professional guidance in the information systems area.
We will have participants from Big Ten and adjacent
schools. Information Systems Faculties at University of Minnesota, Indiana
University (Bloomington), University of Michigan (Ann Arbor), and University
of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign founded the symposium in 2002. The previous
host organizations include University of Minnesota, Ohio State, Michigan
State, and University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee.
